Sebastian Fonnes Hamlander

Project manager and mechanical lead with extensive experience in industrial piping and maintenance.

Former site manager for Equinor’s maintenance contract at Mongstad and responsible for planning and executing several major maintenance shutdowns.

Strong expertise in HSE, technical coordination, and project management.

Kjartan Skårnes

International Welding Technologist (IWT) specializing in welding, certified inspections, and NDT.

Over 10 years of experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) and former manager of an enterprise of competence.

Extensive expertise in quality management, inspection, and technical leadership.
